"A..Terrible..Night..For..A..Curse" words forever ingraved in my mind from Castlevania 2 Simon's Quest. Castlevania is one of the greastest saga of games of all time going from Casltevania on Nintendo in 1984, to Castlevania Symphony of the Night on Playstation in 1997, to the canceled Castlevania Resurrection on Dreamcast.In Castlevania there has always been one either Belmont or close to the Belmont family. They have been battling the evil know as Count Dracula and his minions for centuries.
To begin with I must talk about Sonia Belmont the very first Vampire Hunter in 1450. Even though she was not in the first Casltevania on Nintendo. Sonia was a beautiful and couragous woman. Whose incredible power was feared by the townsfolk who exiled the Belmont's after seeing her power. 
After Sonia came her son Trevor Belmont. Who lived amoung the townsfolk because Sonia felt that Dracula would be resurrected again. Trevor knowing his heritage about Dracula is well prepaired for his fight with Dracula when he is resurrected in 1476. Trevor uses the traditional whip blessed by holy water. Trevor only made one appearance in Castlevania which was Castlevania 3:Dracula's Castle.
Next was one of the two most famous Belmont's Simon. Who made many appearances in Castlevania title such as Castlevania, Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest, Super Castlevania 4 all in 1691.
Later on came the other of the two most famous Belmont's Richter. Richter brandished the tradtional whip which would upgrade to a chainlinked holy whip. Richter had many roles in Castlevania some included Castlevania Symphony of the Night in 1792 and Dracula X(Rondo of Blood) in 1788 .
